Information organization.  We will illustrate various ways of organizing facilities data into information understandable to corporate management, and useful in the strategic planning of a business or institution.  Included will be live demonstrations of interactive “Dashboards” using simple tools that every organization already has.
2. Benchmarking.  What kinds of information does management typically want to consider as a metric for value, and how does that information relate to your business or institution?
3. Productivity.  How can the impact of good facilities planning and design on employee productivity, satisfaction and retention be monetized for strategic business advantage?
