The IFMA NY Tech Valley chapter is currently seeking a part-time (2-5 hrs/month) website and email coordinator! 

As Website/Email coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the chapter website on WordPress (adding events to the calendar, posting chapter and industry news, etc.), creating and sending event invitations via Gmail, recording RSVP’s for any chapter events, and attending board meetings (via phone).  

A successful website and email coordinator should have experience using WordPress and Gmail, as well as knowledge of how to maintain website hosting, website backup, and domain name retention via GoDaddy.com. Knowledge in or interest in learning about the FM field is a plus, as is the ability to attend various chapter events.
